Document Review Support

The Document Review Support team is a part of Cataphora's Client Services organization. Its role is to help clients with review projects using Cataphora's C-Evidence review platform or C-Relevance automated review.

Review

The C-Evidence review platform is pre-configured for a wide variety of matters and designed to allow our clients to efficiently review large sets of data in an organized manner. Document Review Support team members help customize the configuration to meet each client's exact requirements so that the review process is precisely tailored to meet their needs. As the review process unfolds, the Document Review Support team provides constant reporting on all aspects of the review so that the client's administrators can monitor resources and progress.

Relevancy Assessment

Cataphora's C-Relevance automated review utilizes technology to predictably and consistently target matter-specific relevant material. The Document Review Support team works with our clients and the Linguistics team to translate client expertise into custom configurations designed to identify and segregate relevant material. As the project progresses, the team provides process- and results-based documentation to ensure defensibility of both process and outcome.

Investigative Analysis

Cataphora's leads the industry with its C-Analytics advanced analytics techniques for finding significant patterns in evidentiary data. When appropriate, the Document Review Support team works closely with the Investigative Analytics team to help the client to better understand how data analysis can be used to further - or create - strategic advantage.

Dedicated Staff

No matter the type of project, one or more of the Document Review Support team are designated to work closely with each client - and are responsible for understanding the client's needs, and finding the best way to meet or surpass their expectations.
