The Client Services Team
Any project is only as good as the people working on it and we are proud to offer you the best people to help you get the most out of our industry-leading software systems. Cataphora's Client Services team has years of experience of providing practical, often game-changing, insight into document reviews and investigations. They have worked on a wide variety of matters, both domestic and international in scope, involving Fortune 500 corporations, AmLaw 200 and boutique law firms, and government agencies.
Document review
Our Client Services team brings a combination of extensive practical experience, legal knowledge and technological know-how to ensure that every matter is conducted with the highest level of efficiency and discretion. Our project managers come from a variety of professional backgrounds, and include attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals among their ranks. Many have direct client-side experience of managing contract attorney and associate staff on large matters including second requests, class action civil lawsuits, and major corporate white collar criminal actions.

Each project is staffed by a designated team of project managers and associate staff to provide broad coverage for all necessary training and support throughout the course of your review or investigation.

Investigative analytics
Cataphora's investigative project managers have extensive tools at their disposal to leverage our patented technology. These can provide answers to questions that were never before possible to answer on the scale of millions of data items. Our staff of experts includes computational linguists, computer scientists, mathematicians, and former members of the intelligence community. Our software can handle foreign language data from around the world, including Asian multi-byte characters, and our staff is fluent in over twenty languages.

Cataphora is equipped to work with a wide variety of data types in their native formats including email, electronic documents, instant messages, voicemails, and even public information sources. Our technology combines these diverse data sources to uncover the subtle connections and groups of missing items that can be derived from genuine modeling techniques, far beyond the mere counting of documents or emails in a dataset. And our investigation staff is available to help you make the most of these technologies for your particular matter.
