Safe harbor
Cataphora is certified under the safe harbor framework developed by the United States Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission. As such, the EU recognizes Cataphora as offering adequate privacy protection as defined by the European Commission's Directive on Data Protection of 1998. This means that, in addition to being able to process data within the European Union, Cataphora can readily transfer data from EU member states to Cataphora's facilities in the United States in situations where this provides the best solution for our customers.
